By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you, so you should read them carefully before using the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available for Android and iOS. The requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to extend the app to) may change, and you'll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. Wallison does not promise to always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android or iOS version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the app when offered.

We may also wish to stop providing the app and end its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Use of Third-Party Platforms

This app integrates third-party services, such as survey platforms, to provide certain functionality and rewards to users. While we strive to ensure these services work continuously and reliably, we cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted performance of these services. We are not responsible for any interruption, error, or failure that occurs due to the use of these third-party services, including suspension or termination of accounts on these platforms, technical failures, service unavailability, or payment processing issues.

Reward and Engagement Features

The app offers additional features aimed at user interaction and rewards, including but not limited to: roulette system, giveaways, performance rankings, and invitation system.

• Roulette: The user can participate in limited roulette spins to receive random rewards. Results are generated automatically and cannot be contested. The values offered and frequency of use may be changed at any time, at Wallison's sole discretion.
• Giveaways: Free or criteria-based giveaways may be offered. Participation is subject to the rules defined for each giveaway, and reward delivery may depend on account validation or additional eligibility criteria.
• User Ranking: The app may display a list of users who have received the most rewards. The displayed data is obtained automatically and may include public names or nicknames provided by the user. The user may request anonymization of their name in the ranking by contacting support.
• Invitation System: By inviting new users, the user may receive rewards as long as the invited users perform specific actions in the app, such as completing tasks. Wallison reserves the right to cancel invitations suspected of fraud or abuse.

Misuse of any reward feature may result in suspension or termination of the user's account without prior notice, including loss of access to improperly accumulated amounts.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, we recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
